Yesterday, I had a few hours by myself in the apartment, so after working on a few projects, I felt like I deserved some me-time. I cut up some fresh vegetables, found my current book and laid down for a while on the balcony. It seriously felt so good! I have been very stressed lately because I'm currently looking for a job and it seems like it's not that many hiering at the moment, so it felt really good to just breath out, dive into a book and forget about the real world for a while. Reading really helps me relax. I fall asleep so easily after reading only a chapter or two. So if you are going through something at the moment, you should really try to find a quite place where it's just you, and try to read a little. It's like theraphy!
